Make the perfect vegan Mimouna Celebration!
Passover is about to end, and Mimouna Celebrations’ about to begin. Yay.
Mimouna is the end of Passover celebration, originally celebrated by the Moroccan-Jewish community. Nowadays it’s a part of the Israeli culture. According to tradition, the night of the Mimouna was about generosity and good will. It was a time for peace making and warm hospitality.
The name Mimouna drives from word for “wealth” and “good luck” in Arabic or the Hebrew word “emuna” (faith).
The minute you walk in a Mimouna celebration, you feel the festivity all around! The holiday table is jam-packed with colorful candies, marmalades and other mouthwatering sweets.
