Peanut-Butter Chia Smoothie
2-3 tbsp. Peanut-Butter
1½ tbsp. Chia seeds
½ cup Oats
5 Medjool Dates (pitted)
1½ cups of Rice Milk/Soy/Almond milk
½ cup of Cold Water
Pinch of Salt
