Green smoothies, which are filled with Leafy greens, and especially Dark leaves, are a powerful source for getting much needed Minerals, Vitamins, Chlorophyll and Phytonutrients.

Some of the ultimate leafy greens are: Broccoli, Collard greens, Kale, Cabbage and Mustard greens all are cruciferous leafy greens. More healthy vegetables: Dark lettucesIceberg lettuce, Turnip greens, Swiss chards and Spinach, those veggies are rich in vitamins A, C and K. Oh and most Leafy vegetables are packed with tryptophan and magnesium. That means it improves natural weight loss, increases energy and enhances immune system.

Chia seeds – it is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, fibers, antioxidants, minerals, blood sugar regulation and much-much more.

Nuts – Walnuts – antioxidants, mono-unsaturated and heart-friendly fats, Hazelnuts – amino acid, macadamias – calcium and potassium, almonds – vitamin E, Brazil nuts – contains significant amount of Omega 6 fatty acids, magnesium, phosphorus, thiamine and selenium, pistachios – B6.
