Strawberry Cranberry Spinach Salad
Spring Salad served with Date-syrup-Balsamic Dressing
A Fancy salad with fresh ingredients that’s bursting with flavor!
The combination of the sweet dressing, the strawberries and cranberries and all the leafy goodness makes this crunchy salad pure joy.
This salad is always a HUGE success, and the best part is it’s so easy to do.

Spinach Salad with Strawberries and Cranberries
Ingredients
Lettuce leaves, baby leafy greens and green you like
200 g (about 4 cups) Spinach or Baby spinach
15 strawberries (1/2 cup)
1 handful dried unsweetened Cranberries, Chopped
Date-Syrup – Balsamic Dressing
Mix this ingredients list
2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. Date syrup or 2 tbsp. of liquid from 3 pitted dates soaked in a bowl of water over night
1 tbsp. dijon Mustard
3 tbsp. extra virgin Olive oil
1 garlic bulb, Chopped
1 tsp. water
Dash of Salt and Pepper (as desired)
