The Best Vegan Side Dish – Roasted Mushrooms

This is a dish you simply can’t miss!
No complicated direction, No messy kitchen and No problem.
Ingredients:
Mixed Mushrooms (button mushroom / white mushroom, shiitake, etc.)
Olive oil
*Optional: Roast with garlic cloves, Sprinkle a dash of sea salt & pepper.
Directions:
Heat oven to medium-high.
Clean the mushrooms, place on a baking sheet and brush the mushrooms with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
